Milk collection Introduction
Farmer -> Collection center -> BMC / Chilling center -> Dairy Process unit
Farmer -> Collection center
1.Farmer daily 2 times Morning & Evening milking from the cattle and transferring to collection center and
2. CC In-charge collecting the milk and checking the Fat & SNF and Quantity
3.Based on the fat and SNF price and total value automatically generating by the testing equipment
4.Finally this report transferring day by day to dairy HQ for billing process
5.After the milk collection milk transfer through procurement vehicle to Chilling Units
6. Farmers payment Every 7 days once or 10 days once the dairy releasing payment to farmers Bank account / Cash.
Collection center ->BMC / Chilling center
1. Milk QC inspection during the unload, (Flavor, taste, color)
2. Unloading milk in to the weighing bowel from the each collection center
3. Sample collecting from the each CC and checking the fat & SNF
4. After the weighing milk transferred to Bulk milk cooler.
5. The milk temperature coming below 4 degree then it will transfer into the truck and shifting to dairy.
1. Milk tanker once arrive the dairy, dairy people taking sample and checking following quality parameters - COB, Acidity, Adulteration, Neutralizer, FAT & SNF, QTY in Ltr.
